My room wasn’t up to standard cleanliness wise and I spoke to Jenny. She was lovely, moved us and the room was great
Besides not having a thin pillow option the room was great.
The staff i spoke to were very helpful and changed rooms for us when the original room was unacceptable.
We didn't have breakfast so can't answer that. The beds were comfy & it was close to where we were to attend a live performance.
Room was horrible - travelled for work and couldn't even sleep as you could hear the construction outside????? wtf?? And it wasn't for 1 hour either... horrible stay.
